ElevatePoint News v1.5 Delivers New Publishing and Reporting Capabilities

Our upcoming release of ElevatePoint News focuses on several key publishing and reporting capabilities designed to even more quickly and easily manage your news publishing process and gain valuable insight into your communication lifecycle. Some key features of the release include:

Editorial Calendar

Manage your publishing process with a new Editorial Calendar. The calendar provides support for scheduling news articles and managing the set of activities your publishing team is responsible for completing to publish and deliver news to your viewers. The calendar enables you to manage your process using familiar and intuitive time views and helps to ensure that your communication schedule is on track at all times.

Articles Analyzed

Measuring and analyzing your news just got easier. We’ve added new additional news article level analytics to our existing Reporting capabilities. In addition to the rich summary reporting already available, users will now be able to view a range of new information about article views, including the ability to drill into specific news articles to gain detailed insight into views, view duration, and more. Easily export detailed news article information to Excel for additional analytics scenarios.

Improved Article Navigation

Navigating between news articles is now easier with new navigation controls. Users can now more easily navigate across your latest news and quickly navigate to related news from within the current article.

Categories

Customize your news viewing categories to match your business. You can now configure the news article categories that are displayed to your news viewers in Explorer. Easily hide categories that are not applicable to your business, and change the category names to better suit your needs.

Continued Improvements

We’re continually listening and responding to the needs of our customers, and our product roadmap is directly based on customer feedback.  We’re excited to make these new features available to our customers in the near future.  If you’d like to discuss the capabilities of ElevatePoint products and how they can help you manage and deliver more effective communications, please contact us — we’d love to chat.
