- Recognize wins and losses to be transparent and continue to improve as a team. The way you acknowledge losses can be positive. After all, learning is how we continue to grow and get better.
- Celebrate together to acknowledge each other and your accomplishments.

According to Gallup, engaged workplaces outperformed disengaged ones by 10% on customer ratings, 22% in profitability, and 21% in productivity. But that’s not all. There are decreases to cost, too, including:
