Our leadership — two co-founders who wanted to improve communications
CEO and co-founder
Rob has 20 years of experience in Information Technology (IT), specializing in defining and managing complex software initiatives and features. He’s passionate about innovation, especially how communication makes employees’ lives easier.
He’s delivered a global intranet upgrade that exceeded expectations for an energy company. At Microsoft, he’s developed expertise in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. Those projects included enterprise software, large-scale web services, productivity, and database applications. He worked on various projects and products, including SharePoint, SQL Server, Office, and Windows Live.
Rob earned a bachelor’s from Minnesota State University in Computer and Management Information Sciences and is PMP certified.
Chief Product Officer and co-founder
With 25 years of experience, Bryan has designed and administered networks and software for a variety of companies. He’s held many management positions, including: Director of Technology for a rapidly growing insurance company, Chief Technology Officer for a global insurance technology provider and Director of Product Management for Rivet Software working on XBRL solutions for the enterprise.
Bryan spent 8 years at Microsoft as an engineer and program manager, working in Dynamics, Office, and SQL Server to deliver a wide range of Business Intelligence products and toolkits.
Bryan has a bachelor’s in IT from the University of Phoenix. He’s also a certified scrum master and Microsoft technologist.
